Our process begins with a thorough assessment of your service needs. After connecting on the phone we will ask you to please send us a few pictures for us to assess the repair. If required we will schedule an in person consultation to inspect the repair. We will discuss your requirements, and offer professional advice on the best course of action.
Estimate
Following the assessment, we will provide you with a detailed estimate outlining the scope of work and associated costs. We aim to have these estimates to you within 24 hours of the assessment. Transparency and clear communication are key throughout this stage to ensure both parties are aligned with expectations.
Scheduling and preparation
Upon approval of the estimate, we'll work with you to schedule a convenient time to service your home. Our team will arrive fully prepared with all necessary site protection, tools, and materials, to minimize any inconveniences we may cause to your daily routine.
Execution of Service
With care and attention to detail, our skilled technicians will carry out the necessary repairs as outlined in the estimate.
Final inspection and clean-up
Upon completion of the repairs, we'll conduct a final inspection to ensure that every detail meets our high standards of quality, and your satisfaction. Our team will then clean up the work area, leaving your space spotless and ready for you to enjoy!
